For all personalised items, a draft design will be sent to you via email or text within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If you have not received anything from us after 48 hours please contact us. Please ensure you have checked your spam/junk mail folders.
Once you have received your draft design, changes and updates can be made with regards to font style and colours etc. We are happy to keep making changes until we have got it 'just right'. Once we have received confirmation that you are happy with the design and all details are correct, we will get to work! (Please always check the dates and spelling etc carefully as no refunds or exchanges can be made if the error is not our own).
Completed products will be wrapped, packaged and shipped between 2-4 working days following receipt of your final design proof approval.
For all non-personalised items, your order will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery is with Australia Post and Sendle. Delivery times can vary but you should expect to receive your parcel within 5-10 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Paypal and AfterPay.
AfterPay is a payment option where you buy now and pay later. Simply sign up to AfterPay and make your order! Your order will be processed by us straight away. You then split your purchase in to 4 easy installments. You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every fortnight. See the AfterPay link above for more information.
Photos of the completed products may be used on our Etsy, Instagram, Facebook and website pages.
We will also send you a photo of the completed product if it isn't coming straight to you so you can see what it looks like.
