SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is from our Studio in Perth, Western Australia.

PERTH METRO NEXT-DAY DELIVERY

Perth Metro Deliveries are a priority, next-day delivery service to the Perth metro area, including any personalised items.  The delivery zone for Perth Metro orders is 25km radius from the studio. If the option for Perth Metro Next-Day delivery doesn't appear as one of the options for you at checkout then it is not within the delivery zone and the order will be shipped with Australia Post and usual processing times will apply.

Please ensure you select Local Delivery - PERTH METRO NEXT-DAY shipping option.  (If you select Flat Rate Standard shipping or Express Shipping the usual order processing times apply and your order will be shipped with Australia Post)

Place your order by 6pm Mon - Fri and your gift will be dispatched on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Orders are delivered by our in-house courier. No guarantees can be made on delivery times. 

Delivery will be made by 6pm the next business day.

** Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the Monday. Orders placed on Fridays by 6pm, will be delivered on the Saturday. No deliveries are conducted on Sundays or Public Holidays**

If delivering to a Hospital, please ensure the recipient will still be there for the entire day of the expected gift delivery. The gift will be delivered between 8am - 6pm. Re-delivery fees will apply if required to deliver to a new address after delivery is made. 

Please also note that once the gift has been delivered and signed for at the hospital mailroom, Bunny & Co. has no control over the internal processes at the hospital which governs how long the gift takes to reach your recipient so it may take a little while for it to make its way to their room

PROCESSING TIMES

All personalised items will be sent out within 3-5 business days following receipt of order.  In peak periods this may increase. Advice will be provided prior to placing your order if this will be the case.

Priority Express Orders are sent out within 1-2 business days following receipt of order. 

Orders for non-personalised items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.99 in Australia,  and in all other countries, shipping starts at $28, $12.99 (AUD) in NZ. Free shipping is available on all orders over $130(AUD) in Australia only. All other Countries, the normal shipping rates apply and is calculated depending on the item weight at checkout. 

Priority Express Orders $28.95 (AUS only).  This includes priority order processing (1-2 days) and Australia Post Express Shipping.

Perth Metro Next-Day Delivery is $19.95, and this This includes priority order processing (1-2 days) and next-business day in-house courier delivery.

Gifts Sent with Australia Post

All Standard Shipping & Express Post packages are sent via Australia Post with tracking. The tracking number for your package will be provided to you via email.

Overseas airmail includes tracking. Once posted they can take 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on location.  (Express Shipping can also still take 1-2 weeks)

  • We are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for gifts sent with Australia Post.
  • Incorrectly Addressed items returned to Bunny & Co. by Australia Post will incur a re-delivery fee to the correct address.

Great care is taken when preparing your gift for post and as such protective wrapping may be used to prevent breakages to glass items.

If no one is home to accept a Courier or Australia Post delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place at the premises. Once the package has been delivered safely, no responsibility is taken by Bunny & Co. for items going missing.

RETURN POLICY

Personalisation Errors
For any personalisation errors that are the fault of Bunny & Co. we will either replace or offer a full refund if replacement is not an option.

Please ensure all spelling and dates etc are correct. If the customer is at fault due to spelling errors, not checking proofs properly etc then we will offer to fix at your cost. Refunds or returns will not be accepted in this instance.

Faulty Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we are so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item for a speedy resolution.

Change of Mind Returns

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item to discuss change of mind returns for a speedy resolution. Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases on personalised items and custom orders.


Photo proof will be required for all refunds, errors and damaged goods with 48 hrs of receiving item. 

Items must be in original sale condition (unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached). No refunds or returns will be provided for wear and tear of a product.

You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.

The returns shipping costs are to be paid by the customer for change of mind returns (non personalised items only). For returns on faulty items, the shipping will be paid by Bunny & Co.
